“We are writing to express our gratitude for the excellent manner in which Advantage Services of Myrtle Beach handled a difficult situation for us at our condo. We own Unit A533 at Myrtle Beach Resort, with Advantage Services handling the housekeeping services for us. On August 7, which fell on a Sunday morning, we received a phone call from our renters that water was leaking in on the master bedroom floor close to the bathroom. I contacted Zoie and Angelo about the problem that morning. On that very Sunday morning both Zoie and Angelo (who was out of town) responded to our request and and had the unit inspected. After the inspection it was determined that the leakage was coming from our A/C unit. Unfortunately, we needed a complete HVAC unit installed, which was done on August 13.
Angelo and Zoie both worked diligently with us and Carolina Cooling until the unit was installed between our weekly rentals in a very short time frame. They also arranged to have housekeeping services completed before the new rental arrived that same day. The installation and departure cleaning were all accomplished in the course of one day with no loss of rental income.
Advantage Services exceeded our expectations with their services and help to us in taking care of this crisis during the busiest rental season. Their staff, as always, was professional and prompt in their response.”
