Good Afternoon Mr. Beck,

I wish to take this opportunity to express a sincere thank you to your professional management company, and its service, as provided and overseen by Thomas Ainslie jr., your area manager for Southern New Jersey.

Through his dedicated efforts and diligent management of work personnel, complete satisfaction for my building refurbish, and a return to a quality and professional facility was achieved.

The 3,000 square foot facility, abandoned by a previous tenant on May 1, was left as a complete space of trash and abuse. I truly questioned if it could be returned to a professional house to conduct business. I was most fortunate, and satisfied with the final results and most appreciative for not having to spend a small fortune. Obviously one of the true measures for the success, that Tom and his crew brought forward, is the new rental that has taken place. My tenant is a professional sales and service company, and as an addition to all the successful efforts, there is a rental agreement for many dollars greater than the past traumatic error.

I am truly most thankful for Tom, his hard working crew, and his focus to finish a job to my complete satisfaction.
