How long have you been in the cleaning business?

Our 1st office opened in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina eight years ago.

How are you different from other commercial cleaning services?

We use the “Ahead of the Curve” method which includes detailed Quality Assurance cleaning. We hire the best cleaners and all units are inspected by a team leader. We also offer a full-service menu which offers cleaning and quality assurance maintenance for your units. This builds repeat customer satisfaction that increases your rental capabilities.

Do you provide service in my area?

We provide service in Somers Point, New Jersey, Ocean City, Maryland, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Orlando, Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and on Hilton Head Island.

Can you provide cleaning services to all our facility locations?

We continue to meet our growth goals and maintain a flexible business plan to meet our client’s needs.

Will I know who has access to my facility?

We use assignable maintenance and cleaning personnel to assure consistency. There is also a Professional Regional Manager that operates each location.

Does the cleaning staff wear uniforms and/or have I.D. badges?

We wear ID badges.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We stay flexible to maintain high quality standards for our client. In some cases, the client will provide vacuum cleaner, etc.

Will my vacation rental property be cleaned by the same cleaning specialists or team?

In most cases. We work hard to schedule the same team to the same client for two reasons, your peace of mind and so our cleaning team gets to know the property and its special needs.

What times are available to have my unit cleaned?

We clean as the client needs us to. You set the schedule.

Are your cleaning services familiar with alarm systems?

Yes.

How does one make payments? Do you accept Credit Cards?

We accept credit cards, checks at time of service or 30 day billing cycle.

What are your billing terms?

30 day billing cycle.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day or time?

Yes you can. We are available 24/7 for cleaning and maintenance.

How soon can you start to clean our property/facility?

We would like a two week notice, but we are a “can do” company that will meet the needs of our client.
